We offer many different options for residential tenants including single-family homes, duplexes and larger apartment complexes. Units have anywhere from 1 to 4 bedrooms and 1 to 2 ½ bathrooms and rent prices range from $425 to $1500 per month. All of our residential properties are located in LaFayette, Ringgold, Fort Oglethorpe, Rock Spring and Chattanooga.

Our commercial properties include 2 self-storage facilities and a business center. The mini-storage units on Cross St in Fort Oglethorpe are 10 x 10 and 10 x 20 and we also lease secure parking spaces suitable for storing your RV, camper, boat or extra vehicle. Our complex located off of Mack Smith Rd houses 65 interior accessible self-storage units in both 10 x 10 and 10 x 20. In addition, we have over twenty 20 x 40 and 40 x 40 warehouses that can be used for storage or as a storefront for your small business. The warehouses come equipped with private restroom facilities and are a fraction of the cost of renting in a commercial business or retail center.
